Dr Nicholas Buggins
BSc, MD, FRACGP
Dr Nicholas earned his Doctor of Medicine from Griffith University in 2021. He worked for several years at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital and additionally has done Emergency Medicine at Queensland Children's Hospital and Dalby Hospital. As a GP registrar he worked at a Medical Clinic in Woodridge treating patients of all backgrounds. He joined Ashgrove Family Practice in 2025 and has stayed on after completing his GP training.
Dr Nicholas enjoys all aspects of general practice, with a particular interest in travel medicine (as an avid traveller himself) and men's health. He is a yellow fever vaccine provider, is trained in Implanon insertion/removal, PrEP prescribing and offers iron infusions.
Outside of work, Dr Nicholas enjoys spending time with his husband and their two cats, Churro and Luna.
